Do you have a Invitation Chateau store front where I can see your stunning wedding invitations in real life?
In order to bring you the most stunning invitations from around the world that are not otherwise generally available in Australia, we do not have a store front as it is easier to showcase our beautiful invitations in our Invitation Chateau online store. We also find that our customers prefer to view our extensive online collection in their own time. Having an online store means we are ready to provide you with the world's most beautiful wedding invitations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You are welcome to visit and contact us anytime.
Can I order samples of your wedding invitations so that I can see the real thing?
Of course you can! You can order samples for $10 each in the Products section, under Sample Invitations.
How long does it take to receive a sample I ordered?
Where we have sample stock available, this will take approximately 2-3 days from the date we receive payment for your sample to the date you receive it.
Do your wedding invitation prices include printing of my actual invitation details?
Of course they do. Unless otherwise specified, printing of your wedding invitation details is included in the price indicated for each invitation.
What is the procedure for finalising the design of my wedding invitation?
Once we receive confirmation of your payment, we will prepare an electronic mock-up of your wedding invitation as a picture file (JPEG) and email it to you for approval.
We suggest you print out the electronic mock-up and check it thoroughly line by line for spelling mistakes, including commas and full stops and notify us of any corrections. If you require any amendments to the previous invitation wording you have sent us, we will send you an amended JPEG file for you to approve.
Only after you confirm with us that you are happy with the final version of the electronic mock-up do the real invitations get created and printed. You will have three revisions of the mock ups before any further additional cost is incurred. In our experience, our customers have always found this to be more than ample time to finalise their invitation mock ups and have been extremely happy about how their mock ups look thanks to our very experienced and artistic Invitation Chateau designers.
How much time will it take to receive my wedding invitations?
We suggest that you contact us as soon as you finalise your wedding reception and ceremony venues. Contact us as early as 5 months before your wedding date to ensure a stress-free process.
This will allow for sufficient time to amend and incorporate any required changes you may require to your wedding invitation as part of the 3 free amendments included in your wedding package.
Please allow for a maximum of 3 months from the date you confirm your final wedding invitation design with us, to receiving your posted dream wedding invitations.
If your order is urgent, contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to accommodate your requirements depending on our production schedule at the time.
Can I have my wedding invitations customised?
Your final wedding invitations will have your own special personal wedding day details printed on them.

Do you provide matching place cards, thank you cards and ceremony booklet covers?
Yes we do. Please see the Matching Stationery section under Products.
How much will it cost to send your designer wedding invitations to our guests by post?
Our wedding invitations are made from high quality materials and the weight of each wedding invitation is specified in our product description.
Our understanding of Australia Post charges to post a wedding invitation within Australia is between $1.20 and $1.80 per invitation. Depending on the number of pages and loose cards included in the invitation, the cost may increase.
Whilst every effort is made to accurately reflect and update this information for postage price changes, please ensure you make your own enquiries with Australia Post, and visit http://www1.auspost.com.au/pac/ to confirm current postage prices and the terms and conditions attached to these postage prices.
We also provide a complimentary jpeg of your personalised wedding invitation to you that can be sent by email to all your guests - an additional suitable alternative for delivering wedding invitation details to any international guests.
How do we contact an experienced Invitation Chateau invitation design consultant?
Is there a minimum order quantity for a purchase of a invitation design?
Due to the exclusive availability of our wedding invitation designs collections, there is a minimum order quantity specified for each product.
Should you need to purchase an invitation design or product for less than the minimum order quantity specified, please send us an email with the quantity you require and product you are enquiring about and we will respond as to availability of the design and costing for the quantity required.
Please note that some of our design products are made to order or from an exclusive collection, so where specified, please enquire as to the availability of these products as indicated, before placing an order for these identified exclusively made-to-order invitations.
How many invitations should I order?
We suggest that you order at least an extra 10 - 20 invitations in case there are guests who you would like to invite at the last minute, or to replace invitations lost in the mail. It's also nice to give one of our stunning wedding invitations to each of those special guests whom you know won't be able to make it to your wedding - at least they will have an exquisite Invitation Chateau invitation as a special keepsake! Due to the time and cost to produce a set of unique invitations, there is a minimum order quantity for most of our invitations, so it will not be possible for you to order extra invitations later on that are below the minimum order quantity.
How will my invitations be delivered?
We will lovingly post your stunning wedding invitations to you via Australia Post eParcel. For your peace of mind, each parcel will be registered and must be signed for in person. Tracking details can be e-mailed to you in the event of any delay and you will be able to track the parcel on www.eparcel.com.au. Australia post also operates a phone help line on 13 11 18 should you wish to speak to someone about the status of your delivery. Most of our customers have found that Australia Post is very reliable and have had no major issues with using them as a courier.
For Sydney based brides, you can collect your invitations from a collection point in North Willoughby to avoid any delays with Australia Post.
Do you design invitations for corporate events, birthdays, anniversaries and other non-wedding specific occasions?
